Questions
What fitness level is required for trekking?
It depends on the trek. Easy treks require basic fitness (30 mins daily walk). Moderate treks need regular exercise and ability to walk 5-6 hours. Challenging treks require good cardio fitness and prior trekking experience.
What is included in the trek cost?
Our packages include stay (tents/guesthouses), all meals during trek, certified guides, safety equipment, permits, and first aid. Transport to/from base camp, personal gear, and travel insurance are not included.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before trek. 50% refund for 15-30 days. No refund within 15 days. Date change is free once if done 15+ days before. We recommend travel insurance.
Is it safe to trek solo?
Absolutely! Many of our trekkers come solo and leave with lifelong friends. Our small group format (max 12) ensures a safe and social experience. Women solo travelers are very welcome.
What gear do I need to bring?
We provide a detailed gear list after booking. Essentials include trekking shoes, warm layers, rain jacket, and backpack. We offer rental options for sleeping bags, jackets, and trekking poles at base camp
How do I reach the base camp?
We provide detailed travel instructions with your booking. Most treks start from Dehradun/Rishikesh. We can arrange shared/private transport from these cities for an additional fee.
